WORKSHOPS
Workshops zoom in on a single skill and go far deeper into it than a multi-day courses have time for.
Most run around 6 hours (Clay pots and Fire 3 are the exception — see below). A few, like fire, are split into levels you work through one at a time, building real skill. Others are standalone — pick the one that interests you most.
SOS and orientation
The real dangers of the wilderness, what to do if you get lost, and how to find your way without a compass.
Survival shelters (bivouacs)
Building several types of emergency shelter from natural materials, and how to avoid hypothermia.
Drinkable water in extreme conditions
Practical techniques for water purification and staying hydrated in arid or marine environments.
Fire 1 – sparks and tinder
Choosing and preparing kindling, using a ferro rod, flintstone and carbon steel, the heat/oxygen/fuel triangle, common mistakes, and building the right fire for the job.
Fire 2 – friction fire
Fibres-and-ash method, hand drill, bow drill, and more. Requires Fire 1 or a completed multi-day course.
Fire 3 – real situations
Lighting a fire without tools in deliberately difficult conditions, including an overnight stay in the forest. Requires Fire 2 and being of legal age.

Clay pots
Finding, shaping and firing clay entirely outdoors, without a wheel or kiln. Runs longer than the other workshops (around 8 hours), with the option to stay overnight and check the firing results the next day.
Taste of wild
A mix of skills appropriate for absolute beginners and kids; fire, cooking, shelter
